Merging PDFs without uploading them
Most online PDF tools send your document to a server, process it there and email you a link — which means your contract, medical record or bank statement sat on someone else's machine. This tool works differently: it uses your browser's own processing power, so the file never leaves your device. It is faster (no upload wait), works with large files, and there is nothing to delete afterwards because nothing was ever sent.
What merging preserves
Pages, text, images and vector graphics are copied into the new document as they are — no re-compression, no quality loss. Fillable form fields and digital signatures may not survive the merge, since combining documents invalidates signatures by design. Bookmarks and page-level links inside each file are preserved where possible.
Common uses
Combining scanned documents into one submission, assembling chapters into a single report, merging invoices for accounting, or putting a cover page in front of an existing document. Tip: put the files in order before merging — it is faster than rearranging pages afterwards.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs inside your browser using JavaScript. Your PDFs never leave your device — you can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
Is there a file size or count limit?
There is no artificial limit; the practical limit is your device's memory. Very large files (hundreds of MB) may be slow on older phones.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is, without re-compression, so text stays sharp and images keep their original resolution.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
Not directly — remove the password first in your PDF reader, then merge. Encrypted files cannot be read by the browser.
